PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Thanks for your submission for either an oral or poster presentation. Below are the instructions for both the Oral and Poster Presentations
Note that all presentations are to be written and spoken in English.
Oral Presentations
- All Oral presentations are to be given in PowerPoint.
- Keynote Talks are 30 minutes long; ideally 25 mins for presentation and 5 mins for questions
- All other talks are 25 minutes long and again ideally, 20 mins for presentation and 5 mins for questions.
- Because we are running concurrent sessions, all talk times will be strictly enforced. Please be respectful to other presenters and stay within the allocated time. The chairperson will stop you if you run over.
- Please find your chairperson at least an hour ahead of schedule so they can help to arrange to put your talk on the computer for your presentation prior to your session.
Poster Presentations
- All posters must be in Portrait
- The posters can be no bigger than ‘A0’ size, or 841 mm wide by 1189 mm high (33.1 x 46.8 inches).
- Please bring your posters to the conference hall (at the Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel, where the conference is held) no later than 7:30am on Monday, 16th of September. People will then help you to display your poster.
